• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Ecosight does not store complete credit card information.

By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to:

We do not sell your data.

Ecosight Content

Ecosight owns all intellectual property related to:

• Software

• Interface design

• Branding and trademarks

You may not use our IP without written permission.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep Ecosight available at all times, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access

• Error-free operation

• Instant processing of all data

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

6. AI-Generated Insights

Ecosight provides AI-generated analytics, forecasts, and recommendations.

These insights are intended for informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy

• Completeness

• Compliance with regulatory standards

You are responsible for verifying all decisions made using our data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• Ecosight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• We are not responsible for data loss beyond our reasonable control

• Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months

Upon termination, your access to the dashboard will end, but you may request data export.
